We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Another option is to submit your order via fax (650.625.0113). In this case your order
form will be printable to be transmitted to us with your credit card
number and your order.
We have made every effort to make our shopping site enjoyable, easy
to use and full of parts and accessories that you will enjoy. If you
experience trouble with our site please send an email with the specific
error message to the Webmaster.

RETURN POLICY
All returns require that you first call us (650-966-1183, option 1) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days of your original purchase. CALmoto.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. CALmoto.com must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. RMA number(s) must be prominently displayed on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
We will accept merchandise for return, up to 30 days from purchase
date, if the item is in new and unused condition, in undamaged, original packaging with the following
exceptions:
- Special order returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No returns on helmets.
- No returns on boots or gloves that show any wear.
- No returns on jackets or pants that may have the scent of smoke or
perfume or show any wear.
- No returns on any repair manual, both written or CD.
- No returns on electrical parts.
- No returns on sale or closeout items.
- No returns after 30 days from purchase.
CALmoto.com will make every effort to ensure your authorized return will be processed promptly and courteously.
