The 2024 KTM 450 XCF-W has a six-speed chain gearbox, a hydraulic clutch, and a radiator fan to help avoid overheating. The power comes from the liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, four-stroke, single overhead cam 450cc engine, which has been tilted back two degrees. This tilt lowers the front sprocket, improving the bike’s handling and reducing squatting when accelerating hard. The clutch is wet, hydraulic actuation, multiplate damped diaphragm steel.
