Overall I had a great experience, and the staff (especially Mike) was very helpful. After two weeks I know I made the right decision, thanks to the folks at CalMoto.
Purchased a new BMW R Nine T last week and it was a pleasure to deal with Colton, Bill & Mike in Livermore. They showed respect, had good knowledge and were swift in processing me out the door. Trucked the bike home and got a first break-in ride that afternoon…..WOW! Not only impressed with the engineering of ride (best of the 3 BMW’s I’ve owned), I felt secure that the set-up from factory was excellent. Very well done CalMoto Livermore! I bought my used Triumph Tiger 1050 at CalMoto and it was a great experience for me. I worked with Ian who guided me to the right bike for my riding style and was very helpful throughout the whole process. It was nice not to have to deal with the high pressure sales tactics used in the other dealerships I had been to. No matter how busy the showroom floor was, Ian managed to find time for everyone and his laid back style made the sales process comfortable and easy. CalMoto gets five stars for this sale and I will definitely be back again.
