First up is the very important roll-over sensor that kills the motor at the first sign of a spill. Next up is the lockable ride modes panel, which gives parents the ability to lock down the ride modes so they cannot be switched mid-ride. The power behind the 2024 KTM S-XE 3 comes from an air-cooled 48V permanent magnetic electric motor. This pairs with a battery that consists of 60 modern lithium-ion cells that provide up to two hours of all-electric riding. The S-XE 3 fully charges on a standard 110 plug in about 70 minutes.
